Provide remote and on-site technical support for client environments including Windows servers, desktops, and cloud services.
Administer and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services across multiple networks.
Monitor system health and performance using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools; proactively resolve issues.
Manage patching, system updates, and scheduled maintenance tasks across client systems.
Deploy and support virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.
Configure and maintain cloud-based solutions including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies for client environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation for all client systems, procedures, and configurations.
Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Participate in onboarding new clients, system migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
